I have released the first version of a guide to buy your own beef. The idea is that a lot of people are probably intimidated at buying a cow (or, buying a "beef") or half-beef. This simple guide will walk you through the process. I intend to improve the guide with time and set up a website people can read the guide in blog posts if they wish.
